Great Bavarian cuisine with the best bread dumplings in years. Great homemade cakes and pies. Price-performance is great. Service including boss very friendly and personable. Keep it up, we'll be back. Greetings from Berchtesgaden.

Good cake good service

Here you can get good cakes - large pieces - and coffee at a very reasonable price. Food is also available - but I can't comment on that as I haven't tried it yet

The mighty cakes are recommended. When the weather is good, you sit in front of the café on the beautiful square in front of the church, and the service is very friendly.

Cozy terrace and very friendly and courteous service staff. Apple crumble and cheesecake, both to kneel down, and even the coffee in the cappuccino deserves the name. It's worth stopping here!

Overall satisfactory and definitely recommendable.

It was our first time here and we got cakes and pies to take away. The location was very well attended, we even had to queue at the cake counter. However, we will no longer get cakes / pies here. We didn't like the cakes / tarts, the dough is rather something for "toothless", totally mushy and soft, so you don't need a set of teeth for this. The yogurt cake was also more cream than yogurt. We clearly had better cakes.

When you visit Metten, just in front of the Kloster , you can find this place. I was there once. Food was really good. We had a misunderstanding with the waiter, and to be honest , we order something else. No way to change their mind and tell them was their fault... Anyway, the Kloster Teller was amazing. I raccomend it.

Friendly staff, very popular for coffee and cakes on Sunday

This place is a great option if you're in this area. Their specialty is the variety of fish. Natural, baked, etc. They are delicious. And even if you're not the fish person, they offer a great variety of alternatives as well as a unbelievable delicious selection of cakes and tarts. You'll definitely find something for your taste. They also have meal sizes for kids or not so hungry adults. During the nicer days you're also able to sit outside and enjoy the view. A reservation is highly recommended, especially on the weekends. If you're there, I also recommend to got and get ice cream from the shop across. It would be the perfect dessert for a great meal.

Great café with excellent local dishes. A great plus: you can watch and feed sparrows almost by hand outside.
